为了专访中国驻杜塞尔多夫总领事杜春国先生，我们从杜伊斯堡来到北莱茵-威斯特法伦州首府杜塞尔多夫。在总领事馆附近，我们看到了熟悉的华为标志，倍感亲切，特意下车在华为办公楼前拍照纪念。原来，华为的欧洲总部就设在杜塞尔多夫。随后，我们从杜总领事那里得知，目前有1200余家中国企业在北威州投资兴业，其中600多家企业将总部设在杜塞尔多夫。除了华为，还有不少粤企例如VIVO、OPPO、中兴等电子科技企业以及正浩、华宝等新能源企业选址杜塞尔多夫设立欧洲总部或者分支机构。

杜塞尔多夫地理位置处于欧洲中心，拥有完备的国际化交通设施，同时，杜塞尔多夫所在的莱茵鲁尔工业区以及周边拥有巨大的销售市场和多样化的产业群。整个北威州则与荷兰、比利时等国家接壤，市场辐射面很广。

在驻杜塞尔多夫总领事馆，办公楼是规整简洁的德式风格，往里走，会发现背后隐藏着一个中式特色的庭院，一眼就能看到一座气质古朴、造型优美的中式凉亭。我们从总领事馆得知，亭子的所有原材料都是在中国制造，再通过中欧班列运到杜塞尔多夫。亭子采用的是六角双亭结构，取名为“比翼亭”，并有一副对联，写着“丝路春融花竞放莱河日丽双飞燕”，短短12字就生动地体现出中德两国的情谊。

到德国，怎能不品尝一下当地著名的烤猪肘和老啤酒。烤猪肘外酥里嫩，比成年人的两个拳头都大，配上解腻的酸菜，蘸上黄芥末，别有一番风味。老啤酒由杜塞尔多夫当地的麦芽酿制而成，味道略苦，入口有回甘，香气十足，非常好喝。

吃过饭，我们走过市中心的国王大道，一路向西，走到杜塞尔多夫老市政厅。一路上车水马龙，行人如织。路上，一名老伯看到我们几个亚洲面孔，便用英语问我们从哪里来，我们回答：“We"re from China.”他立刻竖起大拇指说道：“Beautiful country, beautiful people!”（美丽的国家，美好的人们）

夜幕降临，穿过老市政厅后面的广场，来到莱茵河畔。轻柔的微风中，有人在酒吧里喝酒聊天，有人在岸堤上席地而坐，我们沿着江边踱步，感受着这座城市的温和及友善。

We travelled from Duisburg to Dusseldorf, the capital of North Rhine-Westphalia, for an exclusive interview with Mr Du Chunguo, the Consul General of China in Düsseldorf. Near the Consulate General, we saw Huawei"s logo and felt so close that we got out of the car to take a photo of the building. It turns out that Huawei"s European headquarters is located in Düsseldorf. Subsequently, we learned from Mr. Du that there are more than 1,200 Chinese companies investing in North Rhine-Westphalia, of which more than 600 are headquartered in Dusseldorf. In addition to Huawei, many Guangdong enterprises such as VIVO, OPPO, ZTE and other electronic technology enterprises, as well as new energy enterprises such as EcoFlow and HelloTech have chosen Düsseldorf to set up their European headquarters or branches.

Dusseldorf"s geographic location in the centre of Europe offers excellent international transport facilities, while the Ruhr industrial region and the surrounding area offer a large sales market and a diversified industrial base. In addition, North Rhine-Westphalia is bordered by the Netherlands, Belgium and other countries, and has a wide market radius.

Hidden in the Consulate General of China in Dusseldorf is a courtyard with Chinese characteristics, where at a glance you can see a Chinese pavilion with a beautiful shape. We learned that all the raw materials for the pavilion were made in China and shipped to Dusseldorf via the China-Europe Railway Express.

You can"t go to Germany without having a taste of the famous crispy pork knuckle and old beer. The pork knuckle is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, bigger than an adult"s two fists, and is served with sauerkraut and yellow mustard. The old beer, made from local Dusseldorf malt, has a slightly bitter flavour with a sweet aftertaste, making it very drinkable.

After dinner, we walked through the centre of the city on Königsallee and made our way west to Dusseldorf"s old city hall, Rathaus. On the way, an old man came up and asked us in English where we were from, we replied: "We"re from China."He immediately gave us a thumbs up and said: "Beautiful country, beautiful people!"

As night fell, we walked through the square behind the Rathaus to the banks of the Rhine. In the gentle breeze, some people were drinking and chatting in the pubs, others were sitting on the embankment, and we paced along the river, feeling the gentleness and friendliness of the city.
